- Hip abduction, internal rotation & weak flexion
- Knee flexion (past 30 degrees)
- Lateral rotation of tibia
Innervation
Superior gluteal nerve (L4, L5, S1)
Blood Supply
- Deep branch of the superior gluteal artery
