Humeral head: Medial epicondyle. Ulnar head: Olecranon & posterior border of ulna
Insertion
Pisiform, hamate, base of 5th metacarpal
Actions
- Flexes hand at wrist joint
- Adduction of hand at wrist joint
- Very weak flexion of the elbow joint
Innervation
Ulnar nerve (C7,C8, T1)

- Ulnar artery
- Ulnar recurrent artery
