Normative ROM:
- 0-135 degrees
Limiting factors:
- Soft tissue (calf on posterior thigh)
- Cruciate ligaments
- Anterior part of MCL
- Vasti muscles (VM, VI, VL)
- Rectus Femoris (if hip extended)
Normative ROM:
- 0 (+5-10 degrees hyperextension)
Limiting factors:
- Posterior capsule
- Collateral ligaments (MCL, LCL)
- Cruciate ligaments
- Oblique popliteal ligament
- Hamstrings (if hip flexed)
Normative ROM:
- 0-40 degrees
Limiting factors:
- Collateral ligaments (MCL, LCL)
Normative ROM:
- 0-30 degrees
Limiting factors:
- Cruciate ligaments
